  went to Archerfield to buy a whirly bird for a shipping container roof as we are a fabrication business with ongoing sales for these 
  
  we wanted 8 of them - 
  there were non on the shelf, we asked for 8 of them (no big deal)
  
  we were told it would be a special order 
  we would have to pay in full for all of them first 
  the order would 'probably arrive in the next day or 2 provided the w-house had stock'
  
  no check to see if they were available
  a deposit was not good enough for them to order stock in - as a customer we have to pay upfront for what they should stock on the shelf
  
  besides the customer service was a zero 
  he was more worried about slowly pushing a pallet jack around looking busy doing nothing, i asked him where are the '$69 whirly birds'  - he kept walking straight past me and would not even look my way or answer me (maybe it would involve him doing some work)
  
  first time i have been a a Stratco store and will be my last - stuff that for customer service

  Waiting ounter at My Barker Stratco for 15 minutes to purchase an item. Only 2 staff in store. One guy was on the phone for the entire time and the lady staff member did nothing! Totally ignored us standing there as she was on the computer. We walked out in toyal disgust! Never will we go to that store again an item in store! O2 in the shop!

  I purchased a 16l weed sprayer....on sale for $45......the carton was in pretty bad shape but
  the lady said the sprayer was intact...........I took it i good faith and drove home.
  
  
  when home I filled it with water to test it for strength of spray.....2 things immediately stood out
  1 was with the spray - hardly anything came out....I unscrewed the nozzle and it made no difference
  2. the spray arm was too short and hurt my shoulders and back.
  
  The next day I rang the store and tried to explain......the lady who had served me asked me to hold
  the line....she came back and said the boss said that because I used it there was nothing they
  could do for me.
  
  I drove to the store trying to reason with the boss but he would have none of it,
  to the point of asking me to leave the store when I said I would not leave until I got my money back.
  
  The boss then said the sprayer was a (fine mist) sprayer and they could do nothing more for me
  I told him they should have told me it was a fine mist sprayer as if I knew that I would not have
  purchased it......we went back and forth to no avail...I was asked to leave again and again and told
  if I did not leave they would call the police......I said I would call them and did so but the police said
  they could not get involved and for me to look after myself after I told them I had
  3 brain tumors of which 2 were in the last 15 months and all my medical team had told me
  time and again (do not get stressed diana).
  
  Then their younger male staff person said to me if I go to bunnings I can buy an extention
  arm as well as an additional nozzle....i said great will you pay for it?? they said no.
  
  This was going no where fast.......I ended up leaving letting them know this was not over.
  
  THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY 63 YEARS OF LIFE.
  
  I am going to legal aid and/or NCAT
